Happy Anniversary!

Well Mom was here is Benson today and when I saw her at church I forgot about it being her & Dad's anniversary. I actually bought a flower/plant for her yesterday and was planning to give it to her today but then she left and I didn't know...so I guess this will be my Happy Anniversary mom!
Remember the song Allison wrote a few years ago...I think it went like this:

"Years ago back in '57 dad took him a wife
They shared new love and in-laws, too,
And they promised more than life..."

Isn't it great families can be forever? Aren't we lucky to have the gospel and the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation? I am truly grateful for mom & dad and that they will be together again. I'm thankful I have an eternal family! So even though some of the years have been apart, 52 years is something pretty special! And forever is really something great! Happy Anniversary!

Zoo Fun!

(This is Michele) So, first I have to say congrats to Jarrett! We're so proud of you! Looks like we missed the fun, we really wish we could've been there! Oh, and speaking of which, Jackie and I were wondering what you did eat? (Since Alliene said Allison made something really yummy!)

Anyway, here are a few pics (okay, a lot of pics!) from todays quick, but fun trip to the Tucson zoo. Thank you Audrey, Jackie, Carrie, & Alliene for joining us. The kids had a GREAT time! And I really enjoyed it too, so I hope everyone else did too. Here are the cute animals that we got to take home,
and still need to bathe! :) The baby elephants! :)The classy Peacocks!Oh, maybe those were monkeys! The Future Zoo Worker! These our the little chipmunks that run wild,
please don't feed them!
Here we have the mother (elephants?)
with their sweet, but big babies! We hope you enjoyed your visit!
Please come back soon!

Easter Fun!

Yesterday some of us were able to attend Jarrett's baptism which was very nice...we even got to hear Brock talk! We had lunch after at Jim & Allison's (btw the food was REMARKABLE!!) and then the cousins had a little Easter egg hunt! Here are a few pictures and this was actually BEFORE all the SUGAR!!! If Katelyn hadn't been there, there wouldn't have been a normal one in the bunch!!:) (Notice Brad's having a good time!:)) I guess we can't blame all the weird behavior on the in-laws' sides of the family - every family has at least one goofball! Poor Allison, she has more than one, AND she has Josh!!:) Happy Easter from the Millers! Oh and this is the Pinetop Crocketts...I will have to fix that tomorrow. This is the Millers, that's why I said Happy Easter from the Millers!

Hey we thought we would show you Lynzi's evil twin! She did her hair red for the musical she is in. It really was just an excuse, she's always wanted to go red!
Cortlee's first 5th through 8th grade track meet in Springerville in the Round Valley dome. She ran the anchor for the 400 relay and the 100 meter and won first in both. Some of you may remember Polly Gapmeyer(sp) from St. David. She's one of the high school track coaches and already has her eye on Cortlee.

Levi's new found friend on our recent trip to the Grand Canyon over spring break.I think he thought he was going to get something to eat... the squirrel that is!

Of course, getting "tourists" to take your picture is not as good as what I would be taking, but that's the only way I can get in the family picture.

Cortlee had a friend too, but I think he figured he wouldn't get anything out of her since she doesn't look like she has any extra herself.

And, Of course, I have to put in one of my favorite photos, maybe because I'm not in it or maybe because I took it and really like the photo. Evening time at the Grand Canyon; priceless. For everything else there's Visa or Mastercard!
